-         Maybe, you don’t know who is this girl. Juliet Doherty is a 14-year-old girl from United States. She participated in the famous YAGP (Youth America Grand Prix) and she won the Gold Medal dancing a variation from “La Fille Mal Gardee” in her category. She started dancing when she was very small. She trained a lot and now she’s one of the best dancers in United States. Sometimes, she trains in her studio with her mother. She has got an incredible flexibility. She dances like nobody else in USA. Critics love her technique and her musicality. Now, she’s in a course in the San Francisco Ballet. Good luck Juliet! VANILLA CUPCAKES

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cupcake pans with paper liners.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.  Add shortening, milk, and vanilla.  Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Scrape side of bowl with a spatula.

Add eggs to the mixture.  Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Scrape bowl again.  Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed.

Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.

Once cupcakes are completely cooled, frost with your favorite frosting recipe or decorate as you desire.

1 medium onion, chopped

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided 

Preparation:
1. Press dough into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for 4-6 minutes or until crust just begins to brown.
2. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute the onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add zucchini; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add the beans and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, for 2 minutes; drain. Sprinkle 2/3 cup of cheese over crust. Top with bean mixture and remaining cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
